A very large number of fans gathered at the statue in the bright sunshine and some left flowers and cards on the plinth to commemorate the 69th birthday of Billy which was on the 17th April. After chatting for nearly an hour, there was a rousing 'Happy Birthday' sung after which everyone started making their way to Starbucks in the Beatles museum where the fan club meeting was held.........................more >>
