I don't think we needed any proof that BFITOY member Eric Gunn is a true Billy Fury fan but he has sent this photograph to us to prove for just how long. Look at the photograph and the record player on the bed. On the lid is a photo of Billy which Eric still has - see above L. The photograph was taken around 1962/63 when Eric would have been about 17 years old. Thanks for letting us see what you looked like all those years ago Eric.
The photograph on the R with Jean Wycherley was taken at Albie's concert at Rivington Barn which Eric and his daughter Margaret, travelled from Scotland to attend. Their train was delayed and they arrived late and tired but we managed to find them some seats near the front - well deserved after all that effort.
